How are spray painted images made? Nowadays, there are many forms of advertising production that commonly use the technique of inkjet photography. How are the inkjet images made? The screen is a coverage composed of countless tiny particles of color. Each particle is atomized and sprayed onto the screen in a saturated state. At the moment of atomization, the moisture of the color evaporates rapidly, and the color sprayed onto the screen is almost dry. The dry and wet changes in color are very small, and the color changes are easy to grasp.
Resolution is very important for inkjet images, often identified in the form of "width X height". At the same time, it is important to understand the concepts of image resolution, screen resolution, and print resolution, as well as the relationship between the three.
The image resolution of spray painting refers to the number of pixels per unit length in the image, usually expressed in DPI. The 1-inch X1 inch image with a resolution of 72dpi contains a total of 5184 pixels (72X72=5184). The image with a resolution of 300dpi, which is also 1 inch by 1 inch, contains a total of 90000 pixels. Therefore, images with high UV flatbed printing resolution contain more pixels than low resolution images of the same printing size, resulting in clearer and more delicate images. The higher the resolution, the better. The larger the resolution, the larger the image file, and the more memory and CPU processing time are required for processing.

The image of spray painting is usually very large, and we should understand the principle of "knowing the true face of Mount Lu deep in the mountains". So is the spray painting image. If the resolution of printing is too high for a large and obscure surface, it will be like burning a computer. However, there is no requirement for the resolution of the printed image. Below are my personal analysis rates when using different sizes, which can be used as a reference:
Image area (square meters) 180-180 1-30
Resolution (dpi) 11.25 22.5 45
Explanation: Because most current inkjet printers require images with outputs of 11.25DPI, 22.5DPI, and 45DPI, adjusting the image resolution can speed up the drawing process.
In general, the requirement for photography is 72OR/inch, which is similar to the size of Song images (such as in PHC Ting where OP creates new images with actual dimensions exceeding 400M). The division rate can be appropriately reduced and controlled within 400M
